All Makes Approved parts use the Eurorepar range of parts. This range of parts is recommended for vehicles from 30 months and older from date of registration with the exclusion of performance vehicles and engines over 2L. If your vehicle breaks down at the roadside more than ¼ mile from home and is immobilised, we will send out Roadside Assistance to get you back on the road. This may be a permanent repair or temporary solution to keep the vehicle mobiles until a permanent repair can be performed.
If we are unable to repair the vehicle at the roadside, a suitable recovery will be arranged for the vehicle to be taken to the nearest DS Workshop or Independent Motor Trader of your choice up to a distance of 10 miles from the breakdown location.
If your vehicle is recovered, we will offer a taxi journey for you and your passengers to continue your journey to a single destination up to 20 miles away.
Valid for all NHS driving a DS car upon receipt, at the roadside or home, of their current NHS Care Identity Number (Smart Card) or Trust ID Badge to prove their eligibility.

Your DS uses a harmless liquid called AdBlue® to minimise its environmental impact. You can replenish this yourself and our new 10-litre AdBlue® refill makes it very simple. Buying AdBlue® from us costs £20 and it comes in a container that’s specially designed for your DS, letting you top it up with no fuss, no mess and no waste.
AdBlue® is a non-toxic, non-flammable, odourless water-based liquid. It is carried in a dedicated tank and needs refilling approximately every 12,500 miles. Use varies depending on driving style and your DS will give you plenty of notice before the AdBlue® runs out.
Refilling the AdBlue® when required ensures the Euro 6 or Euro 6.2 BlueHDi diesel in your DS complies with the strictest environmental criteria. Although the original DS specification of your car’s timing belt exceeds normal requirements, timing belts wear out over time in all cars – even your DS. If your timing belt fails, it can cause serious damage and even engine breakdown., so call us or check your DS servicing handbook to find out when your timing belt is likely to need replacing. .
It’s important to keep your engine oil topped up, but also to use the correct grade of oil for your car. By choosing DS for your servicing, we’ll replace your oil with the exact grade needed for your vehicle.
Every DS model is designed with hyper-comfort in mind. To maintain this experience of driving your DS, we advise keeping your air conditioning system fresh and clean with regular checks and maintenance. You can also help preserve the comfortable atmosphere in your DS by maintaining the cabin and pollen filters. Our specialist technicians check these filters to stop unwanted particles entering the air inside your vehicle, banishing allergens and odours. We are also able to replace your filters if they become clogged, so you can continue to enjoy the dynamism and serenity of your DS.
Another filter that must be kept in good condition is the diesel particulate filter (DPF), which is fitted to all DS diesel engines as standard. This filters out carbon particles before they leave the exhaust system, which are then burned off when driving at higher speeds. If the filter starts to clog, you'll see a message or light on the dashboard, and this usually means you simply need to go for a longer drive at higher speeds (on the motorway for example). However, if the filter becomes clogged, you may need to give us a call to clear it for you.
